Dear Friends of Chandor Gardens Member
 
This is your invitation to the next Friends of Chandor Gardens members tour, which is sure to be a fun and very interesting outing to Mineral Wells. 
When: Tuesday, October 25, 2022
Where: Historic Downtown Mineral Wells, Texas
What: Guided Tour of the newly restored and reopened Crazy Water Hotel (built in 1927) - Lunch at the Brazos Market and Bistro - Shopping at The Market at 76067 
Itinerary: 
  • We will start off by meeting our guide at the Crazy Water Hotel, 401 N Oak Ave, Mineral Wells, TX at 11:00 A.M. The tour of the hotel will take 30 to 40 minutes. Here is a link to a short history about the hotel: https://thecrazywaterhotel.com/history/ 
  • After the tour of the hotel, we will have lunch at the Brazos Market and Bistro, 216 N Oak Ave. 
  • Then after lunch we will stroll down the main street to The Market at 76067,100 S Oak Ave. The Market has over 100 unique shops under 1 roof for a shopping experience like no other. 
  • We will wrap up no later than 2 pm to head back to Weatherford. NOTE: For those who want to carpool, we will meet at Brookshires - 601 West Palo Pinto at 10:00.
