The presentation highlights the successful partnership between Chandor Gardens Foundation Inc and the City, and includes a request for Weatherford City Council to reaffirm their support of the Foundation's initiatives to preserve the Gardens for future generations. As well an ask for City Council to engage Bennett/Benner with the Foundation to complete a Master Plan to include a financial sustainability plan and probable cost estimate, and if feasible, move to complete the first phase (move the existing maintenance building, build a small visitor center and additional parking)
