The Friends of Chandor Gardens bimonthly meeting in the great room at Chandor Gardens was held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, 11:00 - 1:00.
There was a "Mix and Mingle" visiting time from 11:00-11:30, which was an opportunity to visit with current Friends and to meet new Friends. The room was set up with round tables so those who wanted could bring their lunch.
The informative and very interesting guest speakers talked about the Parker County Committee on Aging (Weatherford's Seniors Center) regarding what it is and what all they do in Parker County, presented by Kirsti Smith, PCCOA Executive Director and Anita Capps, PCCOA Meals on Wheels Manager. Note: Jennifer Bledsoe, PCCOA Director of Ops was unable to attend due to other commitments.
